Island Windjammers Boarding Instructions

Passport and Flight Documents

YOU MUST carry your cruise confirmation, your passport, and proof of return flight. Your passport must be valid at least six months beyond the dates of your trip. Some airlines will not allow you to board if this requirement is not met.

Keep these instructions handy. Your passport serves as your boarding pass.

BOARDING INSTRUCTIONS (Early boarding and early bag drop off cannot be accommodated)

GRENADA
Your meeting place is the Victory Bar in Port Louis Marina. Proceed to the table with the "Island Windjammers" sign. You’ll be met by a crew member at 12:30PM, and accompanied to the ship.

ST. MAARTEN
Arrive at the A.C. Wathey Cruise Ship Facility in Philipsburg promptly at 2PM on boarding day. You must have your passport and cruise confirmation for entry to the cruise ship terminal. When you are facing the water, the ship’s masts will be visible off to your right. Please proceed to the ship, where the crew will welcome you aboard.

ST. LUCIA
Your meeting place is the Bayside Café in the Capella Marina in Marigot Bay. You’ll be met there by a crew member at 2PM, and accompanied to the ship.

TORTOLA
Your meeting place is the restaurant at Village Cay Marina in Road Town. You’ll be met there by a crew member at 2PM, and accompanied to the ship.

Disembarkation in all Ports of Call:

Disembarkation is no later than 10AM in all ports. To ensure timely arrival at the airport on the day of disembarkation, we highly recommend flying out after 2PM in all ports except Grenada. Early morning departures can be accommodated in Grenada.
